TISSMAT will be conducted for admission of the candidates to the postgraduate courses in management offered by TISS while TISSNET is conducted for all postgraduate courses of TISSNET.

Q1.What is the TISSMAT exam?
TISSMAT is the entrance exam for admission to the MA courses in management offered by TISS. The exam will be conducted from 2020 onwards in addition to the TISSNET exam.
Q2.I want to take admission to TISS. Do I have to appear for TISSNET or TISSMAT?
For admission to the 45 MA courses of TISS (excl. management courses), you have to appear for TISSNET only.
If you want to take admission to the MA HRM&LR or the MA ODCL course at TISS, you will have to appear for TISSNET and TISSMAT both.
Q3. Is there any negative marking in the TISSMAT exam?
Yes. 0.25 (1/4) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer in the TISSMAT exam.
