MAT Full Form: Management Aptitude Test

MAT Exam Pattern:

It is conducted both offline and online. The exam duration is 2 and a half hours. It has 5 sections with 40 questions each with a total of 200 questions. Each section has 30 minutes' time. ¼ mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

    • The exam is conducted four times in a year, each in February, May, September and December.
    • Candidates who qualify the exam are eligible for admissions to more than 1000 B-schools accepting MAT scores.
    • MAT is conducted in both offline (paper-based test) and online (computer-based test) modes. Candidates can choose to appear in the exam as per their preference of mode as well as for PBT mode, they can also select up to 2 test cities for the exam. Fees, exam pattern and syllabus for both the modes are same; while registrations and exam dates are different.
